Gulf Coast Refining Partner
Deep-conversion coking refinery with dedicated export berths on the Houston Ship Channel. Primary source for EN590 10ppm and jet fuel liftings into the Atlantic basin.
A consortium of refineries. One unbroken line of supply.
A consortium of refineries operating as one instrument — allocation, blending and lifting coordinated around the clock.
Trunk lines, tank farms and lifting terminals moving product from refinery gate to tidewater without interruption.
Suezmax and VLCC liftings under vetted charter — every route, every season, tracked from origin to discharge.
Allocation is committed at the consortium level — a single counterparty, a single standard of certainty, backed by refining capacity across six regions.

ARA-hub refinery with direct pipeline injection and barge loading. Anchor supplier for European middle-distillate deliveries and in-tank transfers at Rotterdam.
Bunkering and export complex at the world's second-largest bunkering port, outside the Strait of Hormuz. Staging point for East African and South Asian deliveries.
Straits-side refinery with VLCC-capable draft. Clearing point for Far East contract deliveries and the consortium's Asian quality-assurance laboratory.
Atlantic transshipment and storage complex serving West African coastal deliveries, with offshore mother-vessel capability for ship-to-ship transfers.
Mediterranean-facing refinery with rail and pipeline feed, supplying Southern European and North African contract deliveries.
// Representative network profile. Counterparty-specific refinery allocations are disclosed under NDA at the Soft Corporate Offer stage.
A disciplined, bank-instrumented procedure — every phase documented, every lifting inspected. The line below is the same line that runs the film above: it does not break.
The buyer submits product, quantity, delivery terms and destination port. Trafalgar confirms consortium availability and indicative structure within two business days.
A formal SCO is issued setting out product specification, pricing basis, delivery window and procedure. Refinery allocation detail is disclosed under NDA.
The buyer returns an ICPO with full corporate and banking particulars, authorising due diligence and reserving the allocation against the stated window.
The SPA is drafted, negotiated and executed — incoterms, laycan, inspection regime, payment instrument and title transfer defined clause by clause.
Documentary POP is presented through banking channels and the cargo is independently inspected at the refinery or loading terminal (SGS / CIQ or equivalent).
The buyer's bank issues the agreed instrument — typically DLC or SBLC from a recognised institution — against the executed SPA and verified documentation.
The vessel is nominated, vetted and berthed. Loading proceeds under inspection; shipping documents and the inspection certificate follow through the banks.
Cargo is delivered at the destination port, quantity and quality confirmed at discharge, and settlement completes against documents. The line holds — as it has since 1997.
Consortium cargoes discharge across six continents — CIF, FOB or in-tank at major hubs. Routes below light as they did in the film: one by one, and none have ever gone dark.
Serious enquiries are answered by a trade desk, not a ticket queue. State your requirement — product, volume, destination — and the consortium answers with structure, allocation and a delivery window.
Fields marked are required to route your enquiry to the correct regional desk.
